1. Character of bamboo fiber

Bamboo fiber has special structures and naturally hollow cross- section in the fibre. Experts have named bamboo fiber the "breathing" fabric.Bamboo fiber is the most genuine environmental protection fiber; the gloss of fiber is bright and beautiful. The fiber does not contain any chemical additives. The manufacturing system uses physical processing method such as steaming and boiling etc. It's a highly environmentally eco friendly fiber.

To strictly control the quality of raw material, our supplier has built its own bamboo plantation and kept strict control over it. We have engaged strict management accordance to the international organic standard of OCIA/NOP, so as to ensure each bamboo we select is of 100% natural growth and without any chemical pesticides or chemical organic materials

In order to reduce the pollutant discharge during production, we have rebuilt the discharging establishment. All the sewage is discharged after the process of filtration and reclamation. In addition, we have strict controls on exhaust emission. All the indexes have met the state environmental protection standards.

In the dyeing process, we strictly use azo-free environmental-protecting dyestuffs, or follow your request to select vegetal dyestuffs, which are more natural and eco-friendly.(Vegetal dyestuffs color card)
